Well teaching time is upon us and as happens mostly every September, the initial excitement brought on by the beginning of the school year is replaced by a certain melancholy for the not so long ago days of summer, a melancholy that is somewhat offset by the promise of a beautiful Quebec City autumn. That's one of the best things about this town, no matter the time of year, it is a remarkably beautiful place. Quebec City does all seasons well.
So it's off to the Bois-de-Coulonge park to get a preview of the colour show that awaits us all in another 3 weeks or so.
